In plain language

Four streams: Prequalified (for producers with a Telefilm-financed feature released in past 6 years, up to $37.5K / $75K / $125K by tier); General, Indigenous, and Black/POC streams each cap at $30K per project. Annual reopenings — dates vary by fiscal year. Used to pay writers, secure options, research. Smaller money, less brutal than Production Program, but still requires a producer with credits. The Prequalified stream is materially more generous; the other streams are competitive entry points for newer producers.
