Part of RBC's 10-year, $500M Future Launch commitment for Canadian youth (15–29) workforce readiness. Funds programs in networking, skills, work experience, and mental wellbeing for youth. Applications ($10K+) accepted on a rolling basis. Must be a registered charity or CRA qualified donee with audited financials. Good fit for NL youth nonprofits, community foundations, post-secondary ventures, and Indigenous-led youth initiatives. Competitive — expect to demonstrate measurable outcomes and alignment with one of the four Future Launch pillars.
