The easiest NLPNP route for retaining international students who studied at MUN or CNA. Requires a valid PGWP plus a full-time NL job offer — no sector restriction, TEER 4/5 roles accepted. One of the highest-approval-rate streams because the candidate pool is already in-province with demonstrated integration. For NL-based employers, hiring a recent international grad under this stream is markedly faster than trying to recruit from abroad. EOI-based monthly draws throughout 2026.
