Relevant for NL institutions — Memorial, NL Health Services, CNA, and regulatory colleges can apply. Individual IEHPs cannot apply directly. Budget 2024 committed $86M across 15 projects under the prior CFP; a new CFP is expected in 2026-27 under the $97M Action Fund envelope.
