FACTOR delivers the Canada Music Fund for anglophone artists (Musicaction handles francophone). Artist-side envelopes: Artist Development ($5K, easy entry point), Juried Sound Recording Single/EP (up to $25K), Juried Sound Recording Album (up to $67.5K), Live Performance (up to $75K, rolling for rated artists), Video (rolling). Most NL independent artists start with Artist Development then graduate. Applications are through FACTOR Portal; deadlines are published yearly at factor.ca/our-programs/application-deadlines.
