The bluetech-focused sibling to CDL-Atlantic Prime. For digital-ocean ventures: underwater acoustics/imaging, sensors, AUVs and robotics, ocean data, predictive analytics, AI for ocean. Same terms as Prime (9 months, October–June, no fee, no equity). NL's oceanography and fisheries depth makes this the natural pairing for MUN-affiliated startups and Ocean Frontier Institute spinouts. Applications for 2026–27 open. If you're building ocean technology and not doing CDL-Atlantic, you're leaving network access on the table.
