Halifax-based VC with an Atlantic Canada mandate. Invests $1.5M–$3M at seed and pre-Series A in ICT/tech companies across the four Atlantic provinces. Currently raising Fund II (targeting ~$60M). For NL tech founders, Build is one of the few larger-ticket Atlantic leads available — typically comes in after pre-seed from Pelorus or Concrete Ventures. Useful as a Series A partner if you have $1M+ ARR and need a real check. Dilutive by nature — not a grant. They're selective: expect a long diligence process.
