Atlantic Immigration Program — Worker (Applicant Pathway)

The AIP is permanent residence pathway for foreign nationals with a qualifying job offer (TEER 0–5) from an AIP-designated NL employer. No LMIA required, processing ~6 months. NL issued 793 AIP invitations through early 2026 and continues monthly EOI draws. Healthcare, skilled trades and French-speaking roles are prioritized; food-services/accommodation has been paused in some Atlantic provinces but NL currently accepts. Pairs with employer-side slug nl-aip-employer — the employer must be designated before the worker can apply. Zero application fee to the province; federal PR fees apply.
